ну вообще я тоже бы так сказала. похож. но! у него есть и своё собственное лиццо. 8) которое я не буду спешить описывать.

а мне все их альбомы нравятся. по-своему.

мда.....скачал я с делита два первых а-сайда, то бишь "сонг ту сэй гудбай" и "бекоз ай вонт ю", и пока супер впечатлений никаких...совсем. впечатления полностью такие как и от последнего альбома, то есть, все это мы уже слышали на первых трех альбомах, пародия на самих себя. НО если последний альбом отличался от остальных хотябы иным саундом (с электронными вкраплениями), то на этих вот песнях абсолютно ничего нового........опять же есть надежда, что для синглов отобрали самое форматное, интересное останется внутри альбома...но незнай незнай...


и да, на первый альбом совсем не похоже (он по крайней мере такой живо-фрико-панковский). больше похоже на последний.

"сонг ту сэй гудбай" лучше чем "бекоз..."

уже есть основательные подозрения, что "медз" будет самым коммерческим фуфлом у пласибы (как впрочем и "x&y" у колдплея), но всегда буду рад ошибиться)

помнится купил из серии домашняя коллекция все альбомы пласибо. оч.намально. но ТОЛЬКО для нечастого прослушивания.. да и акцент у молко еще тот..

чессгря, это оказался тот альбом, которые я слушаю максимум неделю.
потому что там все понятно, знакомо, доступно, и на понимание надо совсем немного времени.

купил сегодня альбом "Meds".. пиратский (шепотом ) на витрине не было его, лишь стоило спросить у продавца, как он достал его из под прилавка и сказал мне шепотом: "вот".. хотел, конечно, купить упрощенный лицензионный, ждал целый месяц, но кажись такой не выпустили.. а жаль..

"бурный пост", канешне, обратно не беру, ибо это были первые впечатления. но сейчас уже не то. однозначно.

клип на STSG не понравился.

а пиратский дисочек я у нас видела еще накануне 8 марта.. но там даже обложка была совсем пиратская. и я подумала, не нужен мне такой, .. такой у мя и в мп3 есть.

ну что сказать по поводу meds.
соглашуся с раннее высказанными мнениями. ноу сюрпрайзес, как грицца. всё ожидаемо и знакомо, и приятно вполне. понравится многим старым фэнам, и конечно, привлечёт новых. ожидала, правда, большего от дуэта со Стайпом, однако ж такой красоты, как с Колдплей в "in the sun" не получилось. Стайпа ваще почти не слышно. обидно, потому что имхо, могло бы получиться что-то большее. зато "медс" отлично вышла. но в целом слушаешь -- и одно сплошное дежа вю, такое впечатленье, что копируют сами себя, в той же STSG припев в конце навязчиво похож на припев в 20 Years, например.

во-во. у нас такой же. но качать уж больно влом было. лучше б конечно, лицензию было купить, потому что теперь, даже если увижу, вряд ли стану покупать.

Я как-то странно знакома с Placebo...
Т.е. я помню, что слушала, но впечатлений конкретных нет...

Что же касается нового альбома, то я неожиданно в восторге.....
Я обожаю некоторые треки: Cold light of morning, Song to say goodbye,

Дует со Стайпом меня так вдохновляет!!!!
Конечно, Майка могло быть и побольше, но это же диск Пласибо, ниче удивительного!!:))
Но голос, этот проникновенный голос!!!!)))))))
У меня этот альбом сейчас стоит в mp3-плеере вместе с Mogwai и Ричардом, так вот его я слушаю гораздо чаще чем последнего........

вообще приятно, что мы (я) дожили до трибьютов Placebo. раньше кроме Нирваны и (максимум) Депеш Мод у нас ничо не было..

ощущение, будто люди, которые выросли на всей этой горячо мною любимой британщщине, просто наконец-то выросли. то бишь доросли до того возраста, когда могут организовывать такие концерты сами. и большое им, таким инициативным, спасибо.

кстати, мое "увлечение" placebo возобновлено.

Мда последний альбом не фонтан (имхо), хотя пару хороших песенок есть (соглашусь с мнениями других). Любимая песнь как была так и осталась Sleeping with the Ghosts, хотя Song ti say goodbye посягала на ее место)
